Amazing! the pain aux raisin and the quiche Lorraine were amazing for breakfast ! After a few days the staff got to know us and were very friendly. My favorite bakery in Strasbourg.. no, in France.

Je me suis rendu dans cette boulangerie, afin d’y commander un sandwich.
Ce dernier a été fait à la minute avec une baguette fraîche, les ingrédients étaient de qualité pour un rapport qualité / prix / lieu très honorable.
Le gâteau au fromage blanc en dessert était également excellent, très aéré, pas trop sucré et très doux au palais.
Le boulanger qui m’a servi était très aimable également.
Concernant le commentaire sur les millefeuilles soi-disant surgelés.
J’ai questionné le boulanger, et ce dernier m’a expliqué que oui, en effet ils étaient passés quelques minutes au congélateur afin de les figer et favoriser la découpe.
La dame qui a mis ce commentaire a dû passer quelques instants après qu’ils aient été mis en rayon.
Mais en aucun cas ce ne sont des produits qui ont passé plusieurs jours dans un congélateur.

I went to this bakery to order a sandwich. It was made fresh with a fresh baguette; the ingredients were high-quality and the location was very good value for money. The cottage cheesecake for dessert was also excellent, very light, not too sweet, and very smooth on the palate. The baker who served me was also very friendly. Regarding the comment about the supposedly frozen millefeuilles, I asked the baker, and he explained that yes, they had indeed been frozen for a few minutes to set them and make them easier to cut. The woman who posted this comment must have been there a few moments after they were put on the shelf. But these are definitely not products that have spent several days in a freezer. I highly recommend them!

5 étoile à cause de leur escargot aux raisins. Le meilleur que j'ai mangé ! En fait, le talent est dans le feuilletage, incroyablement aérien. Et le glaçage fondant à souhait. Le reste, sandwichs et viennoiseries est tout à fait correct dans la norme positive, mais c'est cet escargot ... lui, il est parfait.
